Who is the proposed platform for?
Precious metals refiners and recovery operators, with scope for dialogue across the beneficiation value chain. Membership categories, eligibility and fees remain to be confirmed.
How does this relate to the regulator?
The SADPMR is the statutory regulator. The proposed association would represent industry perspectives; it would not issue licences or replace regulatory obligations.
